Machinery moving, done by people who do it every day.

Single machines or full production lines, moved in-plant, across town or across the country by our own crews and equipment.

How we do it

Machinery Moving from CPR Machinery Movers.

Moving heavy machinery is about planning as much as lifting. Before anything moves, we walk the route, measure doorways and aisles, check floor loads and decide how the machine will be lifted, skated, carried or jacked into place.

On move day our crews disconnect, rig and move the equipment with our own Versa-Lift 40/60 and 25/35 machinery moving lifts and our 20-ton Broderson carry deck crane, so your schedule never waits on a rental. When the machine is leaving the building, we load, secure and haul it ourselves.

We have been moving industry since 2006, from our headquarters in Bishopville, South Carolina and our locations in Augusta, Georgia and Gainesville, Texas.

Questions

Machinery Moving FAQ

How much does it cost to move a machine?

It depends on weight, size, distance and access. Send us the machine, its approximate weight and both locations and we will give you a free quote, usually after a quick walk-through or photos.

Do you move machines inside a running plant?

Yes. Most of our moves happen in live facilities. We schedule around production and use compact lifts made for tight aisles.

Can you disconnect and reconnect the machine?

Yes. Our crews handle disconnects and reconnects, millwrighting and alignment, so the machine is ready for your start-up crew.
